Refund policy
At PunnyPanda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes there may be issues with the products you receive. To ensure the best customer experience, we have created a refund policy that aligns with our external service, Printful.
Returns and Refunds

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, please submit a claim within 30 days after the product has been received. If the claim is deemed to be our error, we will cover the expenses related to the claim.

Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, please submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the claim is deemed to be our error, we will cover the expenses related to the claim.
Please note that any claims submitted beyond the specified timeframes will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Return Process
If you or your customers need to return an item, we recommend contacting us before sending the product back. All returned products should be sent to Printful's return address, which is marked on each shipped product. Upon receiving a returned shipment, we will notify you via email and hold the item in temporary returns for 30 days at no cost. During this period, you can update the shipping address and will be responsible for the shipping costs. Any unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
Liability for Returned Shipments

Wrong Address: If an insufficient address is provided, resulting in the shipment being returned to our facility, you will be liable for reshipment costs.

Unclaimed Shipments: For unclaimed shipments returned to our facility, you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.

Health and Hygiene Exceptions: We do not accept returns for sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health and hygiene reasons. Any returned orders with face masks will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

No Refunds for Buyer's Remorse: We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, with the exception of customers residing in Brazil. For Brazilian customers, withdrawal requests must be made within 7 consecutive days after receiving the item, along with a picture of the item.
Please note that this refund policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
